In the quiet space of drawing, you become very aware of form, proportion, tone and colour. You come to understand light and shadow and how they reveal and define form.
Throughout this 4-week course, our tutor will teach you how to develop your understanding of line, shape, and form and show you how to use a range of materials and techniques from pencils through to ink and wash.
You'll learn the fundamentals of contour and structural drawing, record tone and texture and develop a range of mark-making techniques.
Full instruction provided on materials, products, tools, equipment and studio procedures.
Small class size: maximum 8 students
Level: designed for beginner-level students
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
