Gentle exercise is a great way to improve physical flexibility and strength in a small group environment.
This class is held at the Cliff Noble Centre in Alexandria.
The program is especially designed to suit older people and people with mobility and balance issues. It is run by a qualified teacher and is sensitive to your needs and level of physical ability.
The class is relaxed and friendly. All welcome.
Free 2 hour street parking. Approximately 15 minutes walk from either Redfern or Erskineville station.
We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Maria Sanna, community services worker, on 02 9265 9116 or email msanna@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.
The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis & tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise & tai chi.
