Looking for a handy bite to eat in Northbridge? Sauma's got you with our delicious new Handi Lunches.
Named for the traditional Indian copper serving bowl, our Handis are layered with fluffy aged basmati rice and your favourite Sauma curry with toppings of house made pickes, yoghurts or relish. The secret sauce that makes them so delicious is exactly that - an extra splash of curry sauce on the bottom. We'll have no dry rice around here!
Ranging from mild to spicy, vegetarian to hearty slow cooked meat - there's a Handi for everyone. Choose from ghee sauteed Paleek Paneer, vegan Chickpeas Masala, Aunty G's chicken curry, Pork Vindaloo or Goat curry - available for lunch Friday to Sunday throughout August.
