Canberra's award-winning Handmade Market is held quarterly at Exhibition Park in Canberra. The Handmade Market is an indoor event showcasing over 250+ genuine Australian designers and producers. Handmade is proudly certified as a Retail Supporter of the Australian Made Campaign, which means when you make a purchase at the market you know it's been Australian-made and designed.
Shop at Handmade to support small businesses, meet the maker and find unique and Australian made items. You'll discover everything from limited edition fashion, ceramics, handcrafted furniture, children's toys and clothing, original artworks, jewellery, and accessories along with our indoor gourmet food and wine pavilion!
We welcome shoppers to experience the Market in a reduced sensory, relaxed, and supportive environment between 9am and 10am on the Sunday of the market weekend. Find more information on our sensory hour on the Handmade website.
Exhibition Park is accessibility-friendly with accessible facilities, including toilets and parking. The venue has ample free parking, with multiple alternative transport options available including a light-rail stop right out the front of the entrance.
Entry to the market is free, however, if possible, please donate to out charity door greeters. All money collected goes to those in need in the ACT and surrounding regions.
