WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE...

Somatic Experience: Release trauma from the body through body work and bioenergetics exercises to fire up the body to prepare itself to receive high vibrational alchemy throughout the workshop.

Childhood Trauma Release: I guide you in a specialised process of releasing repressed emotions from your childhood that you're ready to let go of in order to bring back more energy and lighter emotions into your energetic container and mental wellbeing.

Personalised Personality Reading: I scan your physical body to identify which childhood traumas and estimate timelines that has shaped your perspective on life as well as your personality in how you show up in the world through character analysis.

Identity Shift: How to pinpoint and navigate through the different versions of you in order to overcome an identity crisis so you can trust the healing process that life has presented to you.

Childhood Trauma Clearing: How to pinpoint and navigate through the different versions of you in order to overcome an identity crisis, so you can trust the healing process that life has presented to you, such as the inner critic, wounded inner child, ego, self-sabotage, observer and higher self.

Sacred Sharing Circle: Feel safe and supported in a group dynamic with a highly successful mentor and like-minded heartcentered people as you share yourself with the tribe.

Closing Ceremony: Q&A and chanting meditation to raise vibration and experience clarity, contentment and calmness.
