The KARI Ella 7s Rugby Tournament is the flagship Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Rugby Union 7s tournament, attracting around 400 athletes. For the first time in history the event will be held in the Dubbo Region; at Apex Oval on 6-7 March 2020.
