Many of us are constantly seeking ways to improve our mental health and enhance our overall well-being. You've probably heard about mindfulness and its potential to transform daily life. Yet, amidst its popularity, you might question its credibility or have found it difficult to integrate into your routine.
Science, however, confirms that mindfulness offers a genuine route to better mental health and overall well-being. Crucially, positive changes start to happen when we integrate the practice of mindfulness into our daily lives.
This program is specifically designed to support those eager to nurture their mental health, manage stress more effectively, enhance sleep quality, and boost productivity, among other benefits.
Developed by neuroscientist Dr. Olga Lucia Gamboa Arana, this course combines practical mindfulness practices with the latest neuroscience insights.
Program Structure:
Part 1: Foundations (Weeks 1-4):
Week 1: 'Savour' - Mindful Eating & Drinking
Week 2: 'Perceive' - Mindful Sight & Sound
Week 3: 'Move' - Mindful Movement
Week 4: 'Touch' - Healing Self Touch
Part 2: Deepening Mindfulness Practice (Weeks 5-8):
Week 5: 'Express' - Mindful Creativity
Week 6: 'Navigate' - Mindfulness for Difficult Emotions & Thoughts
Week 7: 'Choose' - Mindfulness for Urges
Week 8: 'Nurture' - Mindfulness of the Heart
Note: The Foundations Section can be done as a standalone course.
