Join Waverley Council in celebrating NAIDOC Week with a great line-up of music and creative family activities at Bondi Festival.
Programmed by First Nations Music Programmer Troy Russell, Australia's foremost blues singer Marlene Cummins, indie pop band Pirra, singer-songwriter Akala and narrative musical journey The Last Shot make up the bill for a series of intimate performances at Bondi Festival's Wayside Chapel Performance Hub.
For our younger festival-goers, join Bondi artist, teacher and performer Walangari Karntawarra to learn about different styles of First Nations' art while painting your own boomerang, or take a journey of discovery and learn stories, songs and dances in a Dharawal Language Workshop run by the Gujaga Foundation of La Perouse.
