Sculptors Queensland presents, 'Northshore Sculptures by the River'.
Sculptures have been created to acknowledge 200 years of rich and significant history along the Northshore Hamilton stretch of the Brisbane River. The sculptures presented will reflect the past and present use of the River. Traditional and contemporary sculptures on display have been created from a wide variety of mediums, some include the use of salvaged Hamilton wharf timbers.
Event is for the whole family. COVID Safe practice will be applied.
49 Indoor Sculptures from Oct. 3rd to Oct. 11th , 10 am to 6 pm in The Shed
26 Outdoor Sculptures from Oct. 3rd to Dec. 6th , Along the River Walk
2 pm Tours of outdoor sculptures: Oct. 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 18th and November 15th. Meet Tour Guide at The Deck (brown building)
Street Entertainment (11 am to 1 pm and 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm) by Buskers on above dates. Buskers will welcome your applause and contributions!
Treasure Hunt - While onsite, enjoy Northshore's interactive sculpture hunt and create your very own piece of art and contribute it to our community sculpture.
