With a string of multi-platinum, chart-topping albums and classic tunes, Pete Murray is one of Australia's best-loved and most enduring singer-songwriters.
Having just released the second official single, If We Never Dance Again, off the forthcoming EP, The Night, Pete is primed to perform all his favourites on the Sunset Piazza stage.
Pete's debut album, the roots/rock-infused Feeler, went six times platinum, earned 12 ARIA nominations, and spent more than two and a half years on the charts, yielding the Australian classic, 'So Beautiful'. His multi-platinum follow-up, See the Sun, debuted at number one and brought the radio hits 'Better Days' and 'Opportunity', while his third album, Summer At Eureka, also topped the charts and went platinum. Top ten albums followed: Blue Sky Blue, with the hits 'Free' and 'Always a Winner', and 2017's critically-acclaimed Camacho.
Recorded in his hometown of Byron Bay, his forthcoming EP, The Night - a poignant, introspective record that highlights Pete's iconic vocals with a rich acoustic sound - is inspired by his family and the life experiences that have gotten him to where he is today.
