In this online poetry course, poet Fiona Wright will provide feedback on your poetry in an online classroom environment, enabling you to hone your skills over five months. You'll also give and receive peer feedback, and be able to consider the tutor's feedback across all submissions. Feedback will vary depending on each submission, but may focus on areas such as structure, rhythm, tone and imagery, as well as helpful tips for fine-tuning.
Fiona Wright is a writer, editor and critic. Her book of essays Small Acts of Disappearance won the 2016 Kibble Award and was shortlisted for the 2016 Stella Prize. Her poetry collections are Knuckled and Domestic Interior, and her most recent essay collection is The World Was Whole. She is currently working on a book of essays about narratives of the future and our understandings of time, Our Constellations, forthcoming in 2024.
