New PropelHer Progam sets women up for success
The City of Sydney and Rare Birds combine to deliver free training, mentoring and networking for women preparing to launch a business in response to the enormous amount of job losses due to Covid. Applications are open now and close February 26.
The PropelHer Program provides women nationally with a 3-month online course in business fundamentals delivered by entrepreneurs and business leaders. Designed to provide support to women looking to take their side hustle to the next level or launch a new business idea, the six 90-minute modules cover:
Strategy and purpose;
Customer identification;
Product Development and Pricing;
Legal and Governance;
Digital Marketing;
and Sales.
Course graduates can apply for one of 15 scholarships to receive 6 months of 1:1 mentoring with a handpicked mentor from Rare Birds to truly propel their business.
Participants will also connect online at regular networking events.
There is no cap to the number of women taking part in this national program and we would like to be able to support as many as we can.
Course graduates can apply to receive one of 15 scholarships for 6 months of one-on-one mentoring
