For the duration of Senior's Festival (25 March - 3 April) all City of Sydney pools and fitness centres will welcome senior residents to swim, exercise and socialise for free!
We offer a range of programs for seniors, including fitness classes, aquafit and personal training. Or go at your own pace in our hydrotherapy pools*.
We support anyone who requires additional assistance or modified aquatic programs. We want everyone to be able to participate regardless of age, disability, chronic condition or cultural background.
Participating locations include;

Offer available to ages 55+
A valid seniors card, or proof of identity and age must be shown at reception to redeem
Offer is not available to existing 360 members
Hydrotherapy pools located at Cook + Phillip Park Pool and Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre only.
