Get outdoors and walk to save lives this September! Join us and walk 4 kilometers each day for the 40% of young people currently experiencing a mental health difficulty, to help prevent youth suicide.

StepOut for ReachOut is the brand-new Facebook fundraising challenge, supporting young people during tough times.

StepOut for ReachOut is all about supporting young people in Australia living with mental health difficulties. In Australia, more than 400 young people die by suicide each year and suicide remains the leading cause of death for 16-24 year olds. In fact, more young people die each year by suicide than in car accidents or from cancer. And, too many of those who struggle with their mental health don't seek professional help.

Every dollar raised will help ReachOut provide vital support to young people in Australia, no matter what challenge they're facing. From one-to-one peer support and moderated online communities, to tips, stories and resources, ReachOut offers a wide range of support options that help young people feel better.
