Ray Dib, CEO & Cofounder, MyBond
MyBond is a financial service hat helps tenants pay their rental bond. Ray Dib prioritises community and is leading a movement to empower and provide shelter and housing to Australians. During the pandemic MyBond was launched to offer an alternative to the rental bond, in order to save money and time for tenants facing unprecedented times. Ray has held positions as a Founder, Non-Executive Director, Chairman, and CEO in the Financial Services, Insurance, Licensed Clubs, start-ups, and the Sporting Industry.
Nicolas Pustilnick, Owner & Director, Pulse Agency
Nico Pustilnick got into advertising to sustain his love for music as he explains, _'I like playing with creativity and strategy. I'm a musician, so advertising was initially a way of paying my bills to support my love for guitars.' _Now he owns Pulse Agency, a Sydney bespoke digital marketing agency focusing on increasing business visibility and leads.
Susan Kingsmill, Owner, Hiscoes Fitness Centre
Susan is the owner and manager of the family run Surry Hills gym. Hiscoes was founded in the 60s by Windsor and Ken Hiscoe, who was an Australian champion squash player. Windsor's daughter Susan came on board and the mother daughter team have run Hiscoes Fitness Club since 1981. Susan was the former President of Fitness Australia and has been on the board for many years. She was recently indicted into the Fitness Hall of Fame for her contributions to the fitness industry in Australia.

Kat is a Partner at KPMG specialising in risk management, governance and regulation. She has spent time working in both Australia and the UK and prior to her corporate career, she served in the Australian Army. Outside of work, Kat is the President of the Sydney City branch of the Country Women's Association of NSW and resides in Surry Hills.
For those attending the event in-person, a short survey will be distributed to members and guests feedback on the Chamber's services requirements will be administered at the event with an opportunity for one-to-one communications with a Board member.
This will be a great opportunity to meet other business owners, and hear an update on activations and plans for 2022.
