TAB Turnbull Stakes Day is considered one of the most reliable predictors of horses to watch during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Boasting more than $3.4 million in prizemoney, the all-black type race schedule features some of the finest thoroughbreds racing in Australia.    

A quality ten-race program features the Group 1 TAB Turnbull Stakes (2000m), Group 2 Danehill (1100m), Group 2 Gilgai (1200m), Group 2 Rose of Kingston (1400m, Group 2 Edward Manifold (1600m) and a Lexus Melbourne Cup golden ticket is on the line in the Group 3 Lexus Bart Cummings (2500m).
