The CLASS Study is a sleep research study at Monash University. We are currently recruiting Year 8 students who are from Melbourne and have access to a smartphone to participate. CLASS follows teenagers over 5 years, starting in Year 8 and ending in Year 12. The study looks at the relationship between teenagers' sleep, light exposure, mood, and academic performance, and how these change over time. Participants will complete a range of tasks over the 5 years and will be reimbursed up to $487. Participants will also receive a movie voucher on their birthday for each year they are in the study, as well as a brief personalised report about their own sleep.
