At this event, leading international expert on healthy longevity, Professor Luigi Fontana, will share his 20 years of research, clinical practice and accumulated knowledge on how nutrition, regular exercise and brain training, mindfulness and other lifestyle interventions can lead to a long life free of diseases, and why these factors have the influence on health that they do, as outlined in his new book 'The Path to Longevity'.
The University of Sydney is committed to working towards the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This webinar showcases the excellent work done by the University researchers to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages (SDG3 Good Health and Well-being ).
This event will also mark the China launch of Prof Luigi Fontana's book, which has been recently translated into Chinese and kindly supported by Phoenix Publishing & Media International (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Prof Luigi Fontana is Professor of Medicine and Nutrition at the University of Sydney. He is Leonard P. Ullman Chair in Translational Metabolic Health, Scientific Director, Charles Perkins Centre Royal Prince Alfred Clinic and Director of the Healthy Longevity Research and Clinical Program. He is an internationally recognized physician scientist and one of the world's leaders in the field of nutrition and healthy longevity in humans. His pioneering clinical studies on the effects of dietary restriction have opened a new area of nutrition-related research that holds tremendous promise for the prevention of age-related chronic diseases.
