Join us at this webinar, co-hosted by The University of Sydney Office of Global Engagement and Centre in China, and have your questions answered.

  • What is the secret to a long, healthy and meaningful life?

  • What diet should we be following - vegetarian, Mediterranean, high protein or 5:2 diet?

  • How important is sleep?

  • What's the first step to making a change for a healthy life?

  • How can I use strategies like endurance exercise to improve sleep quality and cognitive skills?

At this event, leading international expert on healthy longevity, Professor Luigi Fontana, will share his 20 years of research, clinical practice and accumulated knowledge on how nutrition, regular exercise and brain training, mindfulness and other lifestyle interventions can lead to a long life free of diseases, and why these factors have the influence on health that they do, as outlined in his new book 'The Path to Longevity'.

The University of Sydney is committed to working towards the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This webinar showcases the excellent work done by the University researchers to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages (SDG3 Good Health and Well-being ).

This event will also mark the China launch of Prof Luigi Fontana's book, which has been recently translated into Chinese and kindly supported by Phoenix Publishing & Media International (Australia) Pty Ltd.
