The Rock Triathlon is on again, so get training! The event caters to all ages and fitness levels and is included in the tri series. Proceedings for the day include a sprint, enticer, walkathon, junior and sub junior. Teams are welcome.


Come along and enjoy a great day out in beautiful, natural surroundings. All events will start at The Rock Recreation Ground, Victoria Park in Wilson Street, The Rock.
