The destination venue was named Best Hotel Restaurant of the Year 2023 in the global Corporate Livewire Awards - the only Australian entrant to win - and Best Culinary Experience in the world at LUXlife Magazine's Travel and Tourism Awards 2023.
Executive chef Nicola Palmer crafts dishes using organic, biodynamic produce from nearby Penobscot Farm, while sommelier Warrick Duthy offers wine from a selection of district labels.
