Following several sold-out Sydney shows, Who's That Girl? The Eurythmics & Annie Lennox Show is very much looking forward to returning to Django Bar at Camelot Lounge!
Legendary duo Annie Lennox & Dave Stewart pioneered an era of techno/pop including hits such as 'Sweet Dreams' and 'Love Is A Stranger', later evolving into the soulful sounds of 'Thorn In My Side, 'Missionary Man' and 'There Must Be An Angel' to name but a few. Eurythmics records achieved sales of over 75 million worldwide and they have been awarded the highest accolades in music including the Grammys, Ivor Novello, Hall of Fame, and MTV. Annie Lennox's solo career was launched by the quadruple-platinum album DIVA featuring amazing songs such as 'Walking On Broken Glass', 'Why?' and 'Little Bird'.
Starring Irish singer/actress Clodagh Reid (Anúna, Celtic Soul, The Australian Fleetwood Mac). Clodagh's strong soulful voice, passion, and engaging performance bring the energy required to celebrate the vocal powerhouse that is Annie Lennox. Clodagh is supported by a stellar band featuring some of Sydney's finest musicians with Paul Najar on Keys (Great Gig in the Sky), Nick Meredith on guitar (Johnny and the E Types), Adam Nicholls on bass (Party Inc), Jacob Cook on Drums (Mental as anything ) Stephan Shafer on Saxophone (Charlie and the chocolate factory) and soul singer Carmel Mesiti (Vanessa Amorosi) on backing vocals.
