Our sessions blend the serotonin boost of animal interaction with the physical and mental benefits of yoga, all while helping our little ones prepare for their forever homes.
Every weekend we host events with up to five class times to choose from to ensure you have time to fit in Puppy Yoga. Each session runs for 60 minutes, with 45 minutes of yoga as our animals roam freely, 10 minutes of dedicated animal interaction, and a final 5 minutes in shavasana. Yoga Paws sessions are designed to offer the purr-fect blend of animal interactions and yoga!
At Yoga Paws Sydney, puppy wellbeing shapes everything we do. We partner with trusted New South Wales-based breeders and shelters to ensure every puppy in our sessions is safe, supported, and set up to thrive. From the moment they arrive at our Sydney studio, the focus is on gentle socialisation in a calm, low-pressure space that helps build confidence. Our venue is cleaned thoroughly between sessions using veterinary-grade F10, creating a hygienic and welcoming environment for both pups and people.
