As a World Heritage Site, Kew Gardens is now known as a 'place of outstanding universal value to the whole of humanity'. There is no higher recognition of heritage value globally. Director of Gardens, Richard Barley, celebrates 10 years at Kew Gardens this year - a wonderful tenure that has seen the rejuvenation of the Gardens, its diverse collections and extraordinary structures. Hear from him about his time, his work, and the sensitive maintenance and continuing development of this heritage garden vital for its continuing viability.
