This history festival, come to North Adelaide Library and Community Centre to hear about the lasting impact of the Keith and Sheridan families on Adelaide's social and architectural history.
Glance above the doorway as you enter the front room of North Adelaide Library, and you'll see adorned "Keith Sheridan Reading Room". Keith Sheridan refers not to a man, but to the Keith and Sheridan families. Their sense of civic duty saw them leave their mark on Adelaide's 19th century landscape and intellectual life, with many landmarks around the city established in their names. This talk and exhibition will tell you more about their lives and legacy.
