The Brisbane-based artists' bold and vibrant imagery celebrates traditional Hmong textiles, weaving everyday items and recycled materials into artworks. His aesthetic speaks to his DIY attitude instilled by his family and the broader Hmong community, whose experiences of migration required them to 'ua li ua tau' or 'make do' with what is at hand.
