Tennis is back, and there has never been a better time to get out on court! Tennis is in a unique position to safely allow people to exercise, and the Cardio Tennis program brings together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills. It's all about quick fitness and great tunes!
Tennis SA are excited to announce our very own Cardio Tennis program under the roof at Memorial Drive. It's the perfect lunch time activity, with a 45 min workout and shower facilities available to get participants back in to the office and ready for the afternoon!
For just $15 a session, it's an affordable and fun way to get yourself fit for summer.
So what do I need to get involved?
•Your favourite workout gear
•Trainers (or acceptable footwear)
•Water bottle or sports drink
•We will provide the racquet and balls (all COVID safe of course!)
