Join Helen and Maurice Curtis (Chocolatier and Chocolate Maker) of Federation Chocolate for two hours of fascinating and interactive fun as you learn about the art of chocolate making. Make your own flavoured blocks to take home, using autumn-inspired flavours and creating your own recipe. Class takes place at Cradle Mountain Hotel.

Federation Artisan Chocolate has been an iconic Tasmanian chocolate brand for over 30 years. When Maurice and Helen bought the business in 2014, they decided they wanted to become more involved in the entire chocolate making process, from the growing of the cacao beans to the making of their bars.

These expert chocolate makers pride themselves on their authentic, stoneground, sustainable and ethical specialty chocolates - and making the world a happier place through chocolate!
