Explore beautiful beaches, secret trails through national parks and jaw-dropping views of rugged South Australia.

Adventure along the stunning coastline and join thousands of wild women -and men! - in teams of four. Get outdoors and get moving with your mates to boost your mental, physical, and heart health.
