Hutt Street is becoming a haven for desserts and as part of the overall Sweet Treats on Hutt Street Festival, Coffylosophy will be offering Decadent Hot Chocolates to keep you warm this Winter.
Belgian hot chocolate is a rich drink made with high-quality creamy chocolate and milk.
It is known for its smooth and velvety texture and intense chocolate flavour.
Coffylosophy uses top-quality Belgian chocolate buttons, and milk from an award-winning local dairy to make it a luxurious treat for you.
They will be serving these up in troves in different flavours that are perfect for the colder winter mornings on Hutt Street. They have a secret Ferrero Rocher flavour, just ask nicely.
Besides the indulgent hot chocolates, Coffylosophy will also be running an extra-special sweet brunch for the festival. Presenting, Ricotta Hotcake. Just like pancake, but made with an addition of ricotta and lemon, individually baked in little cast iron pans, liberally doused with maple syrup, and gorgeously topped with berries, mixed seeds, mint; plus sprinkle of tangy raspberry sugar. YES! It's like Christmas in July! Definitely something to try this winter.
