Sydney Language Solutions provides drawing classes for children aged from 5 years. Why choose Sydney Language Solutions?
What is this class for?
For children 5 years old and above
Children who are somewhat familiar with the shapes
Children who like art, drawing, painting, craft, and color
What's special with drawing classes at SLS?
Our class is always fun and interactive
We focus on the pace and taste of each kid
We help students develop interest in art
Our teachers are young and love children
Children are allowed to bring their artworks home
CBD location with small size class of only 6 children per class.
Discount for siblings, cousins or if studying another language course with us.
What equipment do you need to bring to class?
A canvas or canvas paper for each week you paint with me.
Acrylic paint students are always free to make color changes. (Tempera paint would also work.)
A variety of different sizes of paint brushes.
Paper towel
Cup of clean water for rinsing between colours
Palette or Paper plate
Pencil
Eraser
Training content
Students will learn how to paint with acrylic paint, how to clean paint brushes, how to mix colors, learn about tints and shades, color theory basics, basic art vocabulary as it relates to color and paint, how to paint on canvas, follow step by step instructions, use their imaginations and creativity, and have fun!
This class is for budding artists who know that art isn't about making an exact replica of the teacher's art piece.
