This showcased event has concluded.
The Standard is going fishin' on Thursday September 16th, with a fish supper that's extravagant, eccentric and like no other. We're putting on a generous pescatarian spread of WA's freshest fish, served share style and paired with some cracking wines with a little bit of funk.
The feast is a deliciously coastal celebration, with dish after dish of beautiful fish sourced from our crystal clear WA waters and some stellar vino to match. From as close as The Swan Valley and as far away as Sardinia, the lineup is packed with natural wines utilising lo-fi winemaking techniques and alternate grape varietals - expect funky, textural, food-friendly drops!
