From 18-20 June, be captivated by skilful cooking demonstrations and talks with industry leaders; listen to their stories and become educated on the importance of seasonal produce, food philosophy and sustainability. Hosted by Australia's magnetic and endowed local talent, Alastair McLeod and Matt Kirkegaard.
Discover delightfully delectable bites and innovative ingredients in The Marketplace, filled with producers and artisans within 250km of Brisbane City, including local South Bank stalwarts.
Revel in the ambience of live music and winter rays, complimented by a cool craft beer from a home-grown brewer or a signature cocktail from The Country Club bar.
