Meditation Workshop
Many of us hold ourselves to impossibly high standards, believing that if we can't do something perfectly, we've somehow fallen short. This way of thinking can lead to self-criticism, discouragement, and a constant pressure to perform resulting in stress and anxiety. It can also make everyday tasks feel overwhelming, so we end up procrastinating or we find it difficult to move forward in a meaningful way.
But perfection isn't the goal—it's a heavy burden we don't have to carry. In this course, we'll explore how to let go of perfectionism, quiet the inner critic, and cultivate self-acceptance. Join us as we learn to embrace progress over perfection and find more ease and joy in the process.
Maria Mylonas is the teacher of this class. Maria is a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of the New Kadampa Tradition, effortlessly blending her natural confidence and clear teaching style to make Buddha's wisdom accessible to all.
