Experience the wonder of public art in Sydney, where you'll encounter artistic creations concealed in laneways, sandwiched between buildings, planted in the pavement and elevated high above the street.
This City Art tour will visit a diverse range of sculptures and installations, as well as digital, light-based and interactive works. Our expert guide will share with you the stories behind each work and encourage young people to share their personal responses.
The Kids and Families tour will go for approximately 45 minutes and is designed for families looking for free and accessible activities in the school holidays. Parents and guardians are welcome to bring children of all ages - engagement with artwork is aimed toward children 3 and over.
The tour commences in Macquarie Place Park and will conclude on George Street, near Australia Square.
Please note this is not a childcare service. People under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the tour.
