The Lunar Block Party is back to bless the streets of Sydney this Lunar New Year with the movement of some of Australia's best dancers and b-boys. The Pier Street Underpass will be transformed into an exciting dance floor celebrating both the Lunar New Year and the Hip hop and Street Dance Culture in a family friendly event. Learn some new moves and grooves with our experienced instructors from Dancekool to up your Tik Tok video level.
SHOWCASES
Be entertained with our lineup of amazing dance showcase, featuring some of Sydney's best dance crews , with a variety of dance styles ranging from Popping, Hiphop, Dancehall and more!
MUSIC
Live DJs throughout the day, playing the dopest tracks. You'll be able to get down with your favourite breakbeat, or party with your latest Hip Hop tracks.
STREET DANCE BATTLE
Check out the very best Street Dancers that Sydney has to offer. Competing in various categories and styles, these dancers will freestyle to music randomly selected by the DJ and will have to wow both the audience and judges to make their way to the top and with the trophy.
JUST DANCE
Groove along to interactive video dancing with the Dancekool Crew on a 6 metre screen.Presented by Darling Harbour, Dancekool Studio, Da Block Party Crew RYUGI and Ryugi Wear.
