In partnership with Bank of Melbourne and Visit Victoria, the Winter Edition plays host to 150 events ranging from a family-friendly pasta festa and an epic celebration of the hot chip to a rock 'n' roll showcase of plant-based eating and drinking, plus guest-chef series featuring some of the most exciting talent in Australia.
At Queen Victoria Market you'll find snacks and drinks, events, workshops and demonstrations, both ticketed and free, including a weekend of wood-fired eating and drinking with 10 leading chefs, cool-climate wines and campfire stories - plus a retail pop-up like no other.
Take a trip to Barbados with Paul Carmichael's fried fish sandwiches and rum punch, join a Georgian polyphonic choir at Gray & Gray, boil up some crawfish (or prawns at least), New Orleans-style, at Le Bon Ton, ski the Italian Alps with Marameo, or get your taste of Tokyo, Oaxaca, Corsica, Athens, Bangkok, Athens, Kabul and Sicily at restaurants and cafés across Melbourne.
