A free community fitness program, where babies 0 to 18 months old are welcome.
This is a social, 30 minute class for new postpartum parents to help improve strength and wellbeing.
Please bring a towel and water. Exercise mats and equipment are provided.
The class runs during school terms and bookings are recommended.
Please complete the pre-exercise health form.
10:20am to 10:50am session is for postpartum parents with babies less than 6 months old.
11am to 11.30am session is for parents with babies aged 6 to 18 months.
