This showcased event has concluded.
Waiters push trolleys piled high with dim sum from table to table—delicate dumplings, sticky chicken feet, slow-cooked beef tendon, turnip cakes and egg tarts. Diners sip tea and feed off the energy in the room. This is yum cha of course—one of the world's great culinary traditions.
Ordinarily yum cha's a daytime ritual, but we want tiny plates and bamboo baskets after dark too. So we've switched the opening hours and filled the trolleys with the signature dishes of the city's most distinguished yum cha chefs, brought together for RISING by celebrated restaurateur Tony Tan.
Each ticket gets you a seat at the table and your first two dishes. Round up your friends and order more than you think is reasonable from Dainty Sichuan, ShanDong Mama, Crystal Jade and more. Don't let your Susan stop spinning, laziness isn't an option.
