Get ready for summer and the silly season, with the return of our Twilight Meditation classes in December!
Sarah from Quiet Mind will be back beside iconic Sandringham Band Rotunda for three weeks - on Wednesday 1, 8 & 15 December from 5pm.
Classes will run for 30 - 45 minutes and include some mindful movement to prepare the body, breath-work to prepare the mind and a 15 - 20 minuted guided meditation. The focus will be on finding a sense of calm and ease, and each week will feature a different style of meditation.
All experience levels are welcome. No experience necessary.
BYO cushion or chair and a light blanket for warmth, plus sunscreen, mozzie repellent, water (and towel for a sunset dip after class!)
Places are limited to 25 people per class - get in quick to reserve your spot! Limit of 2 tickets per person.

This is a COVID Safe event. To help keep everyone safe and healthy, registered attendees will be required to check in via the event QR code and present their covid vaccination certificate upon arrival.
Please maintain 1.5m distance from other participants wherever possible - face masks are optional outdoors but not essential.
