Tai chi is healthy ageing program aimed at improving balance and general physical health. The program is delivered by our experienced volunteer in Cantonese and English.

You will learn 10-form, 24-form, 40-form and Tai chi fan with warm up.
This free class runs weekly during NSW school terms. No experience needed. All are welcome.
