This unique culinary adventure takes place on the hidden rooftop of the InterContinental Sydney, in a new pop-up lounge bar called Panorama. Together with a selection of fine local artisans, the five-star hotel's expert team have transformed the concept of a traditional degustation menu into an interactive dining map. You'll have the chance to work your way across the skyline before you, indulging in a series of courses that each hero an ingredient sourced from the city. Learn about the origins of Sydney's most renowned and lesser-known produce, and the importance this has in the area. Gaze, graze and discover the intertwined beauty and culinary riches that make Sydney so unique.
