Experience an unforgettable night of art, food and musical theatre with the Art Gallery and Opera Australia in one amazing experience.

Starting with a guided tour of the Art Gallery's new SANAA-designed North Building, you'll get to know the secrets of Sydney's most exciting new architectural landmark and encounter one-of-a-kind artworks created especially for our expanded art museum campus.

Then, surrounded by internationally renowned art and overlooking Woolloomooloo Bay, delight your senses with wine and starters followed by a two-course new menu at MOD Dining by Clayton Wells, one of Australia's most exciting chefs.

Depart the Art Gallery and take a sunset stroll through the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens to your final destination: the Broadway smash-hit musical West Side Story, which returns to the Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour stage. As night falls and Sydney's city lights begin to sparkle, be swept up in the grandeur of an open-air stage, with the mesmerising backdrop of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. If you like sweeping dramas, star-crossed romances, spectacular outdoor concerts and fireworks, you'll love this!

West Side Story on Sydney Harbour is 'a wonderful production that uses the large, outdoor space cleverly, thrills with its electrifying choreography and catchy, complex score' (Limelight), and the Art Gallery's new building is the city's most significant cultural addition in recent history.
