Women's Health Week runs 5 to 10 September 2022, a week dedicated to good health and wellbeing for women and girls. We will be aligning our regular classes for that week, with the daily theme from Women's Health Week including two special events.

As well as that, it's vital for everyone to remember your mental wellbeing is important and it's timely that we also embrace R U OK Day on 8 September, reminding us to reach out and connect with family and friends, or ask for support you may need yourself. Gather some helpful tips on navigating through stressful times.

All are welcome to our classes and events free from 5 to 10 September.
