4People, the team behind Back Alley Sally's, Slice Girls West, Lickety Split, Harry and Larry's, as well as The Line in Footscray are rolling into the winter with a free event for the locals and foodie lovers alike. Set amidst Footscray's coolest laneway, Twilight Str-EATS offers a handpicked melting pot of food and entertainment offerings. Rug up and head West ONE FRIDAY A MONTH for free entertainment and a laneway brimming with a hot cohort of street food vendors.
With no 2 months ever the same, we consider variety as the spice of life. Wander Yewers Str-EAT, peruse the food, and enjoy it all in our undercover warehouse venue space - The Line. Past events have showcased food offerings, the likes of BAM Streetfood, Claw and Tail, Flamin' Skewers and future events will bring some iconic vendors such as St. Gerry's, Goldieboy, Smokeyboiz, Toasta, Cherry Pie - American Pies and Taste of Senegal just to name a few.
Proudly supported by Maribyrnong City Council, Twilight Str-EATS brings together a carefully curated evening of local musicians and an eclectic mix of genres with free entry for all.
Pull up a pew at one of the Hawker Style long tables with mates or choose a more chilled vibe (under a warm heater) in one of the lounge areas, where you can still get a glimpse of the musical entertainment for the evening or simply people watch. Room permitting, your tummy will thank you for choosing one of the dessert offerings on the evening.
It's winter vibes across the bar with mulled wine and cider, chocolate-y stout and a solid offering of wines and local beers. While on the subject of booze, we've even got local distillery - Route 109 bringing in the goods in the form of Gin and Vodka tasting, with their secret recipe Chocolate Martini as the star on the evening.
