Take time out for yourself in our new community space at 180 George Street.
This free weekly class is led by an experienced yoga teacher. You'll be guided through slow movements that target the deep connective tissues in the body, calming the mind and balancing the body. Each session closes with a short meditation.
Suitable for all ages 18 years and over and levels of experience.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
Bookings are essential for these small group classes of up to 20 people. Bookings are available 2 weeks before each class.
You must complete an online pre-exercise form prior to attending your first session.
