APT10 Up Late complements GOMA's must-see exhibition, The 10th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art, showing at the Gallery until April 25, 2022. Featuring 69 projects by emerging and established artists and collectives from more than 30 countries in the Asia Pacific region, APT10 is rich with stories of travel, journeys, migrations and connections to place.
On Friday, March 18, Up Late will feature a powerful performance by Sydney hip hop artist L-Fresh The Lion - whose music is inspired by his Punjabi and Sikh roots - along with a fierce performance by Malyangapa and Barkindji rapper Barkaa, a glitchy hyper-pop set by Brisbane-based LÂLKA, and live DJ sets by dameeeela, Boom Boom Bean Selecta, RedBelly, Scalymoth and Zed Mero.
