Plant swap: Join us in the basketball court for a vibrant plant swap and enjoy some refreshing treats. Exchange gardening tips and grow your green thumb. You can bring a pest free spring plant, bulb or cutting and gardening books to swap. Gardening is a great way to stay active and boost your mental health.
Mindfulness crochet: Discover the relaxing and therapeutic world of crochet. Our crochet group is hosting a special session in the meeting room. Whether you're a seasoned crocheter or a complete beginner, come and experience this calming activity.
Learn more about mental health and how to take care of yourself and support others: We'll have educational resources available on the day.
