STRUT Dance invites audiences to witness a double bill that celebrates independent contemporary dance from Western Australia. 2022 marks STRUT Dance's inaugural season of GROUNDWORKS; a platform that offers unique and essential support for mid-length presentation for independent choreographers, allowing them to present performance works in front of an audience, in a theatre setting. GROUNDWORKS 2022 incorporates a blend of contemporary dance, sound, light, and set that celebrates live performance in the theatre; a place where an audience can gather and be transported into another realm.
