Join The Resilience Project's founder and best-selling author Hugh van Cuylenburg for a chance to learn positive mental health strategies that help us become happier and more resilient.

Through engaging storytelling and unpacking the research into simple tips, Hugh leaves the audience feeling empowered to improve their wellbeing.

Hugh is the best-selling author of The Resilience Project: Finding Happiness Through Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness, with nearly 200,000 copies sold. His sequel, Let Go: it's time for us to let go of shame, expectation and our addiction to social media is out now. Hugh is also the co-host of popular podcast 'The Imperfects'.

The messages behind The Resilience Project's work have become ever more powerful over the past 12 months due to the uncertainty created during the Coronavirus pandemic. The public talks, which have previously sold out around the country, see Hugh walking the audience through his journey as well as telling stories of the incredible people who have inspired him and The Resilience Project to spread happiness.
