The York Festival brings arts and crafts, theatre, dance, music, storytelling, family workshops and nature activities to the Avon Valley during the Djilba (spring) school holiday break each year.
The York Festival takes place in the historic township of York, surrounded by idyllic canola fields and stunning hidden wildflower locations. The festival includes art exhibitions, live music, workshops, tours, conversatoions with Ballardong elders and guided walks.
The featured event is Faversham Fringe Jazz Festival. Faversham Fringe brings together the cream of the crop … our favourite local and interstate artists. The three-day festival will present a carefully curated program, including traditional jazz, contemporary original jazz compositions, and the avant-garde jazz harp.
